Zaio strapped for cash
It's too bad, really. Zaio has been a great source of my steady revenue for many years now. We've had a great relationship. Unfortunately, they are about 2 weeks overdue on my latest paycheck for the desktop services I provide. I called their accounts payable, and received a canned message: "We are currently re-evaulating our payment policies..." This coincides with their posting a 2nd quarter loss for 2008 due to slacking zone sales. Anybody else affected?

I know better than to say this.....but you guys ought to think about not kicking someone when they're down. Whether or not Zaio is/was/will be a good investment, the folks that did invest took a chance. Give 'em a little respect will ya?

I will NEVER give anyone a little respect for damaging the industry in the name of greed....NEVER!

I'm betting he was doing these for the AMC function - either the old Realink or Kirchmeyer. Considering his description, it's probably not the Phoenix folks, but Thomas' branch in New York.

True. In fairness he did elaborate in a later postingon his relationship with Z. He was not a zoneowner but got work from Kirchmeyer. He was with Kirchmeyer before they were bought by Z.

I don't suppose the Z takeover improved the work environment for the K staff, either.
