There must be a reason for the animosity towards the Tar Heel state, perhaps because the big Z alchemy wagon hasn’t made a sale here yet?
 
AMCs and comp checks have nothing to do with appraisal.

If you believe they do, and that is what Zaio is about, then you and I will be on opposite sides of the fence.

Despite all that's been written and thrown back and forth here, you have no clue as to what Zaio is. It's no wonder. Most of you are nothing but sound and fury signifying nothing. You've got to pay attention. Zaio is not a comp check. If you had any grasp of the concept you would know that. What I know is that most of you will never have a clue. Some beat up on it because they don't think it's a good business decision. That I can accept; it is not for everyone and we can have an honest difference of opinion on that. You, however, with this post once again demonstrate that you just don't understand.

Wrongo Tar Heel breath!! (stealing from Johnny Carson now). While sales are somewhat slim in your fair State, it appears that the majority of the suburban Charlotte zones have been sold. No brag, just fact!

Can understand why the remaining farflung and predominantly rural areas are unsold. I wouldn't want them.
