Down for me too this morning, no warning this time and no response from anyone in the FB forums,
 
What do you guys mean by "down"? You can't open the program?
 
I haven't updated in forever. I never have any problems.
 
Can’t sign in at start up. Issue is resolved now, not sure how but guessing they had a server problem.
 
What do you mean by can't sign in? Don't you just click the icon and it opens the appraisal desktop?

That’s what I thought too but this morning it was requiring a sign in to open the software on my desktop.
Maybe this happens in the background everytime you open the software, not sure but couldn’t even open the software for a little while.

My issue ended up resolving itself without customer service but this is why limiting silver support to Monday-Friday is ridiculous. The only time I’m ever calling support is for an issue on their end

If it’s a server issue, there should absolutely be 24/7 phone support for all users, regardless of membership tier. It’s ridiculous that something this critical doesn’t warrant immediate access. Imagine having five reports due Monday and this happens over the weekend. it’s beyond frustrating.

15 years!?! You need to be rotating your password more frequently than that - I recommend yearly. And not just for Alamode, any software services. Use a password manager, they will generate a very strong non-human readable password that are more difficult for bots to crack. The password manager will keep track of all your passwords so you just need to remember the one master password.
