That’s what I thought too but this morning it was requiring a sign in to open the software on my desktop.What do you mean by can't sign in? Don't you just click the icon and it opens the appraisal desktop?
If it’s a server issue, there should absolutely be 24/7 phone support for all users, regardless of membership tier. It’s ridiculous that something this critical doesn’t warrant immediate access. Maybe this happens in the background everytime you open the software, not sure but couldn’t even open the software for a little while.
My issue ended up resolving itself without customer service but this is why limiting silver support to Monday-Friday is ridiculous. The only time I’m ever calling support is for an issue on their end
