Here Is Why FHA Fees Go Up $150

Got my first stip today. Client wants photo showing entire attic. I have never seen an attic where I can fit the entire area in one photo. Not even the ones I can safely stand up in or [let alone crouch up in] which is very rare for me. I usually include 2 or 3 photos in both directions and up at ceiling and they are still asking for this. Yep, fees going up for sure!

i'm outside standing by my mailbox in shorts waiting for that check.
It snowed on Oct. 6, 2000 in Tulsa, OK. Earliest on record. We hit the mid 80s today though. i mowed in my shorts.

Wife got one, she turned it down. Liabilities and state law violation possibilities just too high.

You couldn't see this from a head and shoulders entry into the crawlspace. About 1/3 of the floor structure is totally shot, I could rip out handfuls of floor joists and the main girder. I actually ripped out the ledger and part of 2 members of the main girder with my hand without really applying a kung ** grip....[ ATTACH=full]27160[/ATTACH] mike 097.JPG mike 098.JPG mike 094.JPG

It looks like there is enough room that the appraiser should have gone in and not settled on H&S.

I charge $150 for crawlspace re-inspections in Home Inspections. I guess my FHA and USDA fees just went up $150+. More for older homes.

The crawl space picture from the access door in most FHA appraisals of this house would have been "picturesque".

You could use a 360° camera. It would look like crap in an appraisal report, the picture would be short and wide. Panoramic photo-stitching would give the same result.
