I am not "type," but I tell you something a state cannot do - unilaterally create enforeable regulations for federal transactions. If an NC bureaucrat wants to go over to Fort Bragg and tell someone what they can do, he'll be in handcuffs sooner than later.FTR, A state not only can increase requirements, but also decrease requirements of USPAP. Even better, they can abolish USPAP altogether.
Does anyone doubt I am a states rights type?
