It is a very nice site. Florida's DBPR does some things very well. (Good luck on your test.)

Thank you. Now all I need is a couple extra days during the week to study for it. I am almost tempted to just go take the durn thing and see what happens.

And your point Mr. Brown?

Wish I could come up with something profound for you.

I just find that it helps to know a little bit about those with whom you are having a discussion.

A little off topic, but you know what is really great about FL's licensing data and related license data? It is really detailed. It even reports the number of trainees a CR supervises. And it is all available on-line for the world to verify.

Ken,

What is the point of this post.....are you stating that we should be checking anyone in particular to see how many trainees he or she supervises? If so, why don't you just come right out and say who that would be and what your point is.

Seems you have something to say but not the where with all to say it. This is the second post from you like this. Dont you think it best to just vent your thoughts rather than continue to be snide in their insinuations?
And just as a correction .. its A LOT OFF TOPIC ....

Ooops .. apparently im not the only one to notice your apparent ... well what would you call it Kenneth?

LOL...

I'd call it information to be used in whatever manner any should so choose.

Information is a good thing...let me restate that...factual information is a wonderful thing.

So, people are going to throw a hissy fit because I provide them with a means to collect information? If that makes them feel better, so be it.

Durn it, I just can't be nice today. I suppose I will have to suffer the wrath of the disapproving.

:fiddle:

Neither innocence or ignorance suit you well Mr Brown. Fortunately the appraisers on this forum have had enough smoke blown at them during the years by mortgage brokers to know when someone is blowing smoke at them. The pressure of your post is not lost in its "kindness".

I dont disapprove of the information .. I disapprove of your not being able to come right out and say what is is you wish to say.

Not even 1/1,000 as ironic as you on CBS squawking about inflated appraisals.

Ok, Mr. Santora, out with it. Either discuss your defamatory comments with me OR with Mr. Lanigan.

The choice is yours.

If this is about the Lehman suit--again $0 judgement. That said, other than being a principle partner in the firm with my name on it, I had absolutely NOTHING to do with those appraisals, nor was I ever required to testify in either a deposition or at the trial.

I think you owe me and this Forum further explanation.

I understand that a viewer has been added today to AppraisalPort that allows the appraiser to see the ENV file as the client sees it and to print it out. I tried it. Amazingly, it looks just like what I see on my screen before submitting the report.
