Ken,
What is the point of this post.....are you stating that we should be checking anyone in particular to see how many trainees he or she supervises? If so, why don't you just come right out and say who that would be and what your point is.
I don't know, but the word coward comes to mind.
If this is about me, which I'm sure it is, the state's website does, in fact, show me having four trainees under me, one of which shares my last name.
The state website is WRONG. I have the documentation in my files to prove it. I have no control over how or when the state updates their websites. The facts are that Christie Bailiff's license is under her sister, Emily Snyder. Or should be--again, I have the paper work to prove it.
Not that it matters, but Jason Tyler Potts got his trainee's license last year but has YET to do a single appraisal. Up until about 3-4 weeks ago, we was a full-time student at Florida State in Tallahsassee in the Engineering program. Why? Because appraising is the last thing I want him doing.
Now all that said, Christie Bailiff, Eric Bishard and Dona Roberts have all worked for me for the past 2-3 years. They are the only three out of ten that survived
ME and my mentorship. I know most of you may find this very hard to believe, but I'm not a very easy person to work for
<snicker>. Feel free to ask any of them as many come on this Forum from time to time. The fact is, I maintain higher standards than most, despite Mr. Santora's libelous comments about me on this forum. All three of them have more than the experience needed to sit for the certified test, they simply need to take the time to submit their logs and apply to take the test.
In fact, let me go so far as to say that I would put the work of the three trainess cited above against the overwhelming number of CERTIFIEDS out there. At least based on my reviews for various asset management companies, other lenders and Fannie Mae.
Whatsamatter, Mr. Brown. Too much time on your hands?
