From what I remember of the bit, Pam did all the talking and there was someone else kind of standing around in the background. I thought it was one of Pam's "findings." Wasn't she looking for volunteers to help her out with the interview?

I still wonder how the Zaio Rep at VA knew about the other lenders opening appraisals and making changes. WHAT DO THESE GUYS KNOW?! Or HAVE KNOWN?

But Joyce, DW is just a lowly appraiser, just like us?..........
