If a client converted a report from PDF to AIReady, then the client would already have the viewer. Since the appraiser sent the report in PDF, the appraiser would need only Adobe Acrobat to view what he/she sent.

I never said I found irony in Danny's work as a USPAP expert. The irony was in the dual affiliations and the suggested conflict of interest that he likens to Mr. Turner.

Well this satisfies the inquires about the portal issue for FNC just in time, since they were on the brink. But it's amazing how you were the FIRST in America to get this Info.

This is proof that VA is Right and Won in their inquiries.

But by the way, what about the others that require the use of conversion programs? like ACI, E-AppraiseIt, Lighthouse, RELS, etc.?
