Basement Garages - Full or Partial Basement?

When describing the basement of a house similar to one in the picture below, do you call it a full basement, partial basement, or something else like "full w/ garage"?

Calling it a full and calling it a garage is double dipping. That's a partial basement.
 
I would call the home a 1 Story plus Basement. I would call the garage a Built-In Garage. I would call the basement a Full Basement.
It really doesn't matter what you call it, so long as you're consistent with the Comps.

A full basement, which would be the foundation size, has more value then this home where the foundation size is shared with the garage. The garage has value of a garage, but it is taking away the area of the basement that a full foundation basement would have.

Might as well add a 3 season porch, include it to GLA, give it additional credit as a porch, and keep the full basement status while you're at it. :new_all_coholic:
