Duel Sided Fireplace, UAD Count

I have not had one of these in a long time, I have a large house with a living room in the front, family room in the back, divided by a full wall and two sided fireplace, mantels in both rooms. From photos it looks like there are two separate fireplaces but you can see through the fireplace to the other room. What count would you give this for fireplace(s)?
 
One.

If the one were to be removed, what would remain? Answer: None.

That is what I thought, another appraiser I know said she uses 2.

One dual sided fireplace.
