If you were the largest lender in the US and an appraiser posted photos of your customers kids bedroom on a kiddie **** website how much do you think that law suit would cost you?

That's BS. That's one case out of how many appraisals done across the country every day?

Excuse me. But do you possess any evidence or documentation that this alleged one case you are implying as being true is factual?
 
What would cause a kiddie **** site to post pictures of a bedroom? I don't believe real estate is what they're interested in, but your obsession with it is disturbing.

I have one case of 7 counts of felony voyeurism. The appraiser put cameras in people's bedrooms and bathrooms. The idiot put the video on the Internet. He is now in prison.

You think a pedophile wouldn't like to post photos of some "Hello Kitty" bedroom?

On this very forum you all have posted photos inside people's bathrooms showing their personal adult toy collection, right?

Before 2008, 3 Photos were all that were required.

Is it that your clients are the ones who are overly enjoying those bedroom photos while they are disapproving loans? And that is the reason we now have to include them?

Must be, else your little threat of appraisers posting bedroom pictures to a kiddy **** site wouldn't hold any weight in the mind of normal adults.

LOL No your honor I do not. I was assuming it to be true because even that one example would be one appraiser out of how many thousands of inspections that occur every day?

Frankly I doubt the story to be true and is probably either completely hyped from something much less atrocious or a complete lie.

I'd like to see the facts and a link to a courtroom outcome.

Do you have links to that case and it's outcome? Not that it is not possible but how many inspections occur every day? Thousands? This is not something lenders should be focused on and you know this. This hype is just marketing.

Joan and her camera planting appraiser, was actually a property manager, not practicing as an appraiser outside of his property management duties, and overall, the story had nothing to do with appraisers, but Joan's sexual fantasies always try to focus in on appraisers, like some kind of weird fetish. I wonder if the shrink world has a terminology for people who imagine perverted sexual acts of appraisers, or is Joan the only one?

Well if nothing happened to the lender for using an AMC that was owned by a guy that was convicted of running a Ponzi scheme, I doubt anything would happen to the lender in your scenario. Not one single penalty happened to the lender when they used Appraisal Loft when they left appraisers holding invoices totaling over a million dollars.

Remember went Chase went to court so they would not have to pay fees owed to appraiser when the AMC went out of business.
