Background checks again.

Companies that perform background checks for employers are making mistakes and providing reports riddled with errors. The Federal Trade Commission is starting to take notice and clamp down on the rule breakers. This week the FTC announced that an employment background screen provider, HireRIght Solutions Inc. will pay $2.6 million for failing to use reasonable procedures to assure accurate reporting.

How does this work when JT has two levels of background checks. A $30 version and a really good $50 version.

Ever wonder what the due diligence is on the $30 version?

Joan,

You really should see someone about these perverse sexual fantasies of yours.

You might be pioneering a new mental health field.

I have one case of 7 counts of felony voyeurism. The appraiser put cameras in people's bedrooms and bathrooms.

You are a blatant liar.

Moore, listed as property manager and co-owner of the Bayview property, was also quoted in the report telling another co-owner of the rental home, David Zager of Fort Myers, that he had an addiction and that the cameras and resulting videos were all his (Moore's) own fault.
Moore was arrested without incident Friday in Orange County and is being brought back to Lee County to face nine felony counts seven counts of second-degree felony video voyeurism

You think a pedophile wouldn't like to post photos of some "Hello Kitty" bedroom?

Seems like you would know.

On this very forum you all have posted photos inside people's bathrooms showing their personal adult toy collection,

Obviously, you are quite confused and doubtful. But, given your fixation with sexual activities, perhaps you have this forum confused with another internet forum you frequent.

:new_scrambles:

I'm sorry,

I think I have to go change clothes now.

So if it is true this example of a pedophile taking photos was not even an appraiser but a property manager what does that say about Joans entire marketing campaign when she can not even produce one factual, recent anecdote about illegal appraiser activity inside a borrowers home? Or any illegal activity by an appraiser that might have some ill effect on doing his job or the safety of borrowers?

Actually that is not the case. But thanks for that one.

Isn't the name calling a little childish?

The most common event that appears on an appraisers' background is a DUI.

Murderers, sex offenses and violent crimes are the exception. Although at an AARO meeting some regulators stated they thought background checks could weed out as high as 20%. That seems high by my observation.

And if you count the number of appraisers here who are adamantly opposed to background checks it is a pretty small number. Noisy, but small.

Do you have your answers templated to where you just copy and paste your responses.

Actually, its really creepy that you would thank me for that one.
What, is collecting dossiers on sex offenders in general regardless of their profession a perverse hobby of yours?

I still maintain my initial conclusion due to lack of actual data forthcoming.
