Which is exactly why, in a much earlier thread, I was predicting some attorney (c.2025) saying something like:... but if BUYERS have to stay home, do you have an OPEN and COMPETITIVE market. Does "the market" pose any undue stimulus as of the effective date?

It's not as if this is a local flood or tornado or blizzard that hit a small section of a state....
No investor/lender really needs to be alerted to the pandemic....
