Will the pain go away?

Start focusing on front muscles and hamstrings.
I took your suggestions. My back pain is less, rating at 1. It's soreness now. Hopefully it will all go away soon. :)

My back on the right side doesn't hurt as much. What's bothering me for past few months is the pain on my left leg particularly my left thigh.
Last night was worse. Couldn't go to sleep. It feels like a stretched rubber band pulled too hard.
I'm fine during the day even now. Only when I'm lying on my bed.
I think I don't do stretching before the workout. I hope that's what it is.

Pinched Nerve and Sciatica-At night the Calf Muscle will start to lock up and if it happens you have to hold your breath because the paid is so bad and grab your foot and pull it towards you for about 10 seconds. Its feels like your hamstring is going to snap and It may :)

That pain happens occasionally but the stretched pain is at scale of 3. Haven't talk with my family doctor since pain has been bearable.
I was thinking of talking about my issue with my daughter's boyfriend who will graduate as a doctor next year.
Wife would probably kick me again under the table if I talk about my health issues to him.

Too bad all those abusers got Vioxx nixed...that stuff was the bomb.

Anyways....get one of these Fernando, nothing has given me more relief than this device (this includes cortisone injections in the low back). After using this device and you've alleviated your pain, you need to do the exercises DTB posted. Its only drawback is time....you'll be on this thing for an hour. For the relief it provides, well worth it for me.

Get a foam roller and use it diligently. My son, who is in trememendous condition, uses one and it has improved his skating at age 32, and he's been skating for 28 years at this point.

A Pain level of 1 to 3 take a Tylenol PM :)
