Maybe. I never took Tylenol before. I can endure pain. Now I feel it more all over.

Get a foam roller and use it diligently. My son, who is in trememendous condition, uses one and it has improved his skating at age 32, and he's been skating for 28 years at this point.

Thanks for the foam roller idea. Last night, I put a small foam pillow and I slept thru the night like a rock. Though I felt really really tired last night for some reason.

That may be the damn flu if you feel it all over. Don't play around with it. Tylenol don't help me much. Ibuprofen works better for me. Ibuprofen has more inflammatory properties than tylenol. Go get on antiviral meds if you have flu.

I suffer from pain that can hit a 7 for days at a time. but no cure. One thing I learned is the less you talk about it, think about it or dwell on it the better.

Pain of 7 is not good. Should find out the cause and find way of getting rid of it or at least lessen it.

I know what the cause is for 20 years, have been to the best including Neurologists, includng UCLA Medical Center there is no cure, and it will only get worse until I die.
