f its against your morals or ethics you quit and become a preacher

It's against the law. However, given the society where living in-laws only apply to a particular minority of folks.

My goal is solid risk management that is based on actual data, not emotion and speculation.

So you are back completing appraisals? Congratulations, you should have told us earlier.

You never seem to tell us what you do or did for a living.
Often guys like you ran large fee mills using runners and unlicensed people and then when they got shut down after 2008 the owners got angry and bitter, that their cash cows had been taken away. it's obvious someone crashed on your parade many years ago, and now it's like a guy who went through a bad divorce and 20 years later is still talking about it.

The problem is you never have a solution to fix the problem. Its starting to become like a guy who spends his time on **** while going to church every Sunday pointing his fingers at everyone else.

I think your case and accusations would have more credibility if you used your real name and quit hiding behind who and what you are and do. Its really easy to say stuff when you have no accountability . Time to come-out of the closet like the ones you make accusations against .

Pot meet kettle. I’m not the one here 24/7 ranting and raving like a lunatic.:giggle:

I am not twisting at all. The fact that waivers result in cost savings is an undisputable fact. So, acknowledging that is not earth shattering in any way. But that is NOT the same thing as saying that waivers are granted primarily to reduce costs - as some asserted.

...how much money did the marin city waiver save..oh that's right they were too risky :rof: :rof: :rof:

Yes but you know who I am and can easily find me and stop by for a Beer. My Rants can have consequences with anyone who decides to go after me. You are just like a Big Unnamed Troll who can say and do anything with out any-accountability. Also most that you attack personally use their real names, and we know where they are employed.

yeah we should all meet for beers...wiley will buy :rof: :rof: :rof:
Again personal attacks while hiding behind a AKA - You know how easy it is to find out who you really are ? Not real bright :)

I would love that, actually. And, yes, I would buy, even though my doctor does not allow beer for me :)
Over the years I have had several chances to meet up with forumites, and it has always been a good experience. (Most) People tend to be more civil in person.
