amazingly, appraisers do not trust their own eyes...but they trust the minimum wage data dump :ROFLMAO:

Just do an online search and you will see the consumer is not happy with these products. There have been reports of houses being ransacked by the so-called field inspectors/Data collectors and other issues, including longer turn times.

When I'm in subject, some occupants let me roam freely in the house with money and jewelry in bedroom. Good thing I'm ethical.
Don't know how they vet data collectors.

So how was it resolved ? Did he/she call the Police and file a report ?
 
How would I know? I'm not the one that filed the complaint.
