TAF head Calls Jonathan Miller a Liar

The idea of the $25 an hour appraiser is insane to me when the value of the property is now so great - Appraisers will be valuing property that is far beyond their budget 95% of the time. That seems a problem to me. You are asking the lower middle class to value the wealth class's homes.

Release the Kraken... Bunton caught some heat from some folks who want more oversight over TAF and its cash cow.

Bunton is not an appraiser. He has been a political bureaucrat from the 1970s. And it has paid handsomely for him.

If that was a reason of any sort it would have been far more profitable McKissock to force the TAF board member to resign that position. TAF board members work for the similar hourly rate as SFR appraisers.

Definitely a poor showing on his part. He gets what he gets. But people are delusional if they think his successor is going to work for free. Or for cheap.
