The 'fun' starts at 31:00 with Phil. It is always amazing that actual, real appraisers have had virtually no voice in the administration of TAF. It was clearly run for most years for the benefit of Burton. I recall from LinkedIn. the salaries of Burton and his staff and they were obscene by living off the USPAP copyright. And along with Fannie and Pave its why the profession has been driven into the ditch.

I think they are ready to actually regulate TAF and not let them bypass the ASC by not taking their money. If they took the money, then the USPAP books should be cheaper.
