Stock market is down

You can see in the technicals that the move from 22 bottom was losing steam. It can be debated if the news was just a catalyst to what was going to happen anyway or if the technicals reflect behavior of people in the know that knew the news was coming. But it's not a situation of the market not correcting if there were no tariffs.

There are many international investors selling also. That is part of the big drop in the dow. Scary times if you are a day trader.

I saw one man rubbing his eyes. He may be a day trader.

I switched my little IRA into a securities mutual fund account about a month ago. It is guaranteed dollar for dollar. It is all invested in government securities.

Whether it is truly guaranteed or not is questionable. I was in a pretty aggressive stock mutual fund. It may have been like 3 weeks ago I switched it. I lost like 4% the day before I switched it to fixed income securities mutual fund.

Rich and wealth are two different things. They have different meanings.

Pay attention class:

Rich:

Wealth:

A person can be wealthy and poor at the same time.

Wealth depends on where you put your investment in. What makes you happy. Rich is different. Rich focuses on money.

You can be wealthy and poor in money.

The widow put a mite or two mites in the kitty for God. Jesus said she gave more than anybody because she gave all she had. She was wealthy.

We will see what happens Monday. I don't know what the stock market will do Monday.
