Alamode is verified UAD 3.6

I just want to keep the communication line open, even if the chance of turning him into a double agent is remote.

Unless he can "slip us the plans for the Deathstar" I'd say he's lost to us ...

Bucks, you're an Appraising Jedi - can you turn him away from The Dark Side??? Can you turn him away from "Stay Puft Marshmallow Vader", Bucks!?!? :ROFLMAO:

I found the new URAR form Abomination when opening a new report.
Earlier what I did was like merging a prior/clone report which I normally do to save time.
I get an old report and I change the report format to the new form like the last time URAR form was changed.
I can not do it with the new URAR Abomination. I have to completely start as a new report. Ugh.

That's where Alamode has failed me.
I can't clone my reports to the new Abomination standard. My thousands of past reports in cloning were my advantage.
I will have to start anew like the youngings. It will be very hard at my age.

He has no power to effect things and Freddie Mac is the Step Child of the two GSEs. He's smart do your job get your pension built up and blow out when your tired of working a real job. Alamode is the biggest of the four majors and their ready to go thats all the evidence one needs.

Is Danny a real person or an appraiser advocate hero to be our messiah?
He is employee of Freddie. Previous independent fee appraiser from Nashville area.

He has little control over what Freddie does but he has much input to the appraisal side of what Freddie does.

If govt takes over gses, he would likely still have a govt job working for Federal govt.
