Alamode is verified UAD 3.6

Thanks for posting this. Being one of the few people here to have played with it, some issues wlth time have been answered with the above.

However, the tedious 1 question a page, then flp to next question is not a fast proeess like the current 1 page form view. And the time needed for the volume of non needed minutia is gonna be time consumption +.

I don't mind writting a novel, but i do mind still being "form" paid. Poductivity will be going way down with less income. This will be the big issue, next to the extra non paid for extra aggravation. The uad is a 2+ page form. The new faster 3.6 is a 200 page novel. More faster, yea right. Another slow nail for our coffin.

From what I have read on this forum, I don't look forward to it. I have a feeling lenders may not be real happy about it. I do believe it will slow things down substantially.

I don't know if lenders will use the form if they keep the loan in-house and don't sell the loan to Fannie/Freddie.

This is not even logical. Nobody is dropping out, and there's a few new entrants. Both SFREP and Aivre even beat Cotality to the punch.
Wait - Cotality doesn't even have anything verified yet, right?

And in other news a second 3.6 report has been delivered! Mars is next!

ya know - Bert prolly could have cashed in on this if: (1) he understood GSE appraising - and he may, (2) he wasn't such an over the top booty trench, and (3) he had focused on creating a usable software (instead of developing something that (in his own words) only he can understand).

I just started another thread about GSE lending. Here's a quote from someone in that space that describes the space, including appraisals:

"Millennials and Gen Z aren't walking into bank branches. They're not filling out paper applications. They expect Venmo-speed experiences, radical transparency, and answers in hours, not weeks."

Pretty sure they announced Monday that they are finally verified, expecting a rollout of the software mid January.
Ahh - yep, you're right. I had my parent companies switched... haven't seen anything from First American yet.

Okay, let's backtrack.

My intelligence level is low.

Will Fannie/Freddie only buy loans based on new form? If so, when will the ultimatum occur @DWiley ?

Did I ever tell you I am very good fisherman?

My favorite freshwater fish is crappie. My favorite saltwater fish is probably flounder or COD. I like mild fish and good texture. Brim is also very good fresh water fish.

Catfish that has no fishy taste is as good as it gets with me. I don't like belly meat on catfish like catfish nuggets. It is nasty. I like swordfish and salmon also. I like tuna.

Is Danny a real person or an appraiser advocate hero to be our messiah?
I just did post that references Danny. Do you have sprained ankle or something?

You better not have hurt that puppy that left you when you sprained your ankle.
