So you only certified the building was built not to any value?I got the same package as the OA.
Update (top half) and Completion (bottom half) are different. From what I understood of Nottrav's OP, he was asked for the completion part, which he then explains was able to be completed b/c he was given the same info as the OA along with the original report. From his post, I see no issue with what he did and no reason he shouldn't request more $$$ for the additional pics requested by the AMC/lender that were NOT part of the original SOW/LOEFor the 1004D appraisal update, fannie specifies a front photo required.
@nottravHow did I not do this? The OA is in my workfile. I then did everything I signed to. I did the minimum requirements per USPAP, 1004d, cert, FNMA.
The plans, specs, $22,076 upgrade package, change orders from build to effective date etc. all in my workfile. I have the same package the OA has in my workfile.
I then did everything I signed to. But only the minimum. Not 1 second more. hence why lender now paying another fee for more than minimum.
