UPDATE: Client told me to not work on report as of now. I think they're not sure which Form to use.
ADUs are confusing for them. Appraiser King can't force them how to do it right.
 
Also I thought Fannie doesn't accept two ADUs.
 
How did it go from a SFR w/ADU to a duplex w/ADU
I'm waiting for the permit report and figure out what I'm dealing with.
You see if originally a duplex or triplex, there would be no question what subject is.

As of today only one unit. The other units have not been finalized. I being smart appraiser asked right questions to find out this crucial information.
Agent said loan agent said it's fine to do the appraisal in current state. :rolleyes:
