It's already here. I met a residential appraiser, one of the instructors in a CE class (yes, it was a rare in person class), who has been using AI to increase his efficiency for a bit over a year. More efficient = more money... or if you prefer.... more free time. The key is to make sure that as the appraiser, you are in control all the way. Not the AI platform.

Anyone else see a problem with this? As AI progresses and becomes more integrated into everyone's day to day life I don't want any AI picking favorites based on skin color, yikes!

Been using Perplexity for portions of my Demo report. Pretty good stuff but not really any better than I coulda found with any search engine myself. Gimme a an AI that will auto enter citation info into Word and I'll start saving time.

Water find its own level, and so will AI. One thing I'm certain of: It's here and will only grow. Heck, Three Mile Island was retired in 2019 due to operating losses, now they are cranking it back up to service Microsoft data centers. Let that sink in.
