I don’t know the man, perhaps he’s optically challenged and has to limit his reading.

Full disclosure, I do. Result of a fight way back in 1983, had my right eye dislodged, nerve damage was “physical depreciation, incurable,” so I have to be very careful how much I read in any single sitting or day. It stinks, as I love reading…

Since the Banksters probably new before anyone else, they should have immediately adjusted for "time loss" in their pipeline.

But it would be a delicious irony if it turned out that his company produced a better software that helped your independent Capitalist small business to increase efficiency and be more successful, wouldn't it? That's the way I look at it.

Back on topic - their customer service (including training) is what swayed me to try them, and if they can fix a couple of little issues I have not been able to figure out on my own (I scheduled a call back from their tech team for next week) I'll be making the switch permanent.

ACI just sent me a renewal notification. They said all their officers have committed harikari, fired their entire IT department (one guy named Nick Burns), apologized for the outage, and were giving me a free year plus a puppy for the inconvenience. /s
