ACI just down or out of business

Right now I am writing a report using clickforms... I have had ACI for 22 years. Clickforms seems to run smoother. Right now leaning towards clickforms and almost 100% going there unless next renewal they give a year for free. On that note does anyone know if you can get a photo upload interface similar to what ACI has where you can see all of the photos at once and all of the available slots to put them in?

Yes. The photo icon in the tool bar

"Tools" - "Photosheet". Then you scroll the photos and click and drag them in from the photosheet (which you can make smaller up top of the page).

It would start with a free renewal at a minimum.

You might want to try Clickforms. My own position on changing software underwent a complete "180" in just 2 days this past week. The 2-hour training session recording should be available on their website soon. Give that a look, download the software and give it a try.

If ACI had done something, ANYTHING, to give us some reassurance during the outage, they would not now be hemorrhaging users. When even my patience was strained past breaking point and I "jumped" after 22 years ... well, not a good sign. F them. They are basically spitting in our faces with their continuing "stonewall" regarding their utter inaction on the communication front. Good riddance.

The complaining about "communication" started on day 1. If they had given a daily update of "still working on it. Will update tomorrow". Would it have made a difference. Would they be forgiven
Hard to say how one would feel at the end if they were treated better from the beginning. Kind of hard to unring the bell IMO

We are still working to restore access to our customer support team.
India? Maybe the very hackers that hacked them. :rof:

I wonder how many databases of personal and financial data FAF had compromised by the hackers and using those can hack anew from the list.

This post is brutal to listen to via my text-to-speech program. Please try to refrain from so many stars and exclamation marks. I want to hear what you have to say.
