It appears from there website ACI will be offering a free year for ACI users to try there ACI Sky software but you have to sign up by 09/01/2018. I called the sales line and spoke to a representative that stated there about to push out a significant release and will not sign up new users until it is done. I am now on the waiting list. I was also told in order to have access to the new 1004P form that Amrock is using for their data collections product you will still have to pay an additional $324 yearly for the form...($324 for a form is a bit much).

I was a beta tester for Sky back in 2015, and I am glad they have made changes per the training I attended earlier today. I am excited to see if it is finally a stand-alone product, working independently and not needing templates created on the desktop version to get started.

The desktop version still crashes now and then but no way near the crashing several years ago.

The sky delivery system is great and seems it may become the industry standard, not sure where that leaves a la mode.

Thanks Wayne this is helpful. Do you really think this will be industry standard and if so, how soon?

I found the ACI Sky to be crap. STOOPID "errors" that were not errors at all. Combine it with Wells Fargo and it is a disaster. So bad I fired the client, told them to take me off their list. I will survive without them. I hope everyone else loves it.

And what does a 1004P look like?

I would add it to the thread or to the Fannie Mae category, but I do not know if its considered copyrighted material and do not want to get a flag. If the moderator says it is OK to upload to the forum, I will gladly add it to a new thread in the Fannie Mae section.

Lenders must ensure that appraisal reports are completed on one of the following Fannie Mae forms. The table below provides Fannie Mae’s acceptable appraisal report forms (see Single-Family Forms for a complete list).

No 1004p form there.

Appraisal Submission and Forms
Q10. Are all appraisals required to be completed on a UAD-compliant form?
No. Fannie Mae requires the following appraisal report forms to be completed utilizing Appendix D of the UAD Specification when reporting the results of an appraisal for a conventional mortgage loan:

Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (Form 1004)

Individual Condominium Unit Appraisal Report (Form 1073) 
Exterior
-
Only Inspection Individual Condominium Unit Appraisal Report (Form 1075)*

Exterior
-
Only Inspection Residential Appraisal Report (Form 2055)*
Although the Manufactured Home Appraisal Report (Form 1004C), the Small Residential Income Property
Appraisal Report (Form 1025)
,
and the Individual Cooperative Interest Appraisal Report (Form 2090) are
Non-UAD forms, Fannie Mae does require that they be submitted to UCDP
prior to loan delivery
.
*These forms currently are not offered in Desktop Underwriter® (DU®) as fieldwork options.

Ghee, what kind of game is this?
Made up forms that are copyrighted, yet, are not Fannie forms which are required?

It's not 09/01/18 yet. Pretty sure FNMA can update selling guide at future dates.

pretty sure if you knew anything about the selling guide, the dates on each page are the last date each section was changed or updated, but the overall date that is the current effective date for the entire guide and all it's other dates, is the date that is on the first page.

Maybe you should just go into a profession where,

You don't have to learn anything,

But can run your mouth all day and tell everyone else how smart you are.
