You can do two appraisals of the same property at the same time based on different assignment conditions and/or uses, and each is separate from the other - even if both go in the same report.Pamela is right, and not only that, but many major banks wont take comps after the effective date. AS OF DATE OF INSPECTION you provided your comps. An appraisal is dgood for 1 day, andthing after that is a new assignment.
