Al a Mode let down

Can you elaborate on what "not that old" means? I know some who think of a 5 year old computer as relatively new, and I know others who think a 2 year old computer is dated. How old is the laptop in question? And, as Joe noted, the specs matter too.

My computer is about 2 years old, I have used Al a Mode since 2005, I have used OLD computers and never had a problem, I have used OLD computers and never had a problem as well, I have used computers that are less than a year old and had problems, I have used computers that are less than a year old and had no problems, you guys sound like their techs, the other thing is, I NEVER have a propblem with ANY other program except theirs, but yeah, it's the computer!

If the problem is not the computer then the problem is the user.

That said, there is no reason why a form filler software should struggle even on an old machine.

The point is, old or new doesn't mean anything. You could get a "new" computer today with 10 year old parts.

I built my computer in 2019 but it has a 2012 CPU with DDR3 RAM which came out in 2007, and a 2017 graphics card. My computer is old and even when I built it new it was still old.

You need to find out what is causing error on the machine. Total may not have anything to do with what is generating the error. Get remote assistance with Total and windows or Apple and get expert to see what is generating error

It could be hardware or another software generating the error. A brand new computer can have hardware issues. I don’t know whatever software you may have running or possibly malware causing issues

Congrats on beta testing all the software for them for free guys.

This is just SO typical of SO many JERKS on AF, again, you know NOTHING about my situation, but thanks for being a complete jerk..................

After your comments, I couldn't care less about any point you have.

I didn't mean to hurt your feelings. I'm just pointing out that most total users probably have never had to reach out to tech support for anything. It starts with having a decent machine.
