AMCs are done soon

I guarantee you the Federal regulators can do anything an AMC can do and do it better and more efficiently through artificial intelligence. With all those powerful regulators on that panel, all they have to do is say we don't care what the FTC says, we are changing the rules today on truth in lending disclosures.

That is possible but the CFPB on this appraisal bias panel has not like many witnesses. FTC and CFPB are different animals. I can tell that this appraisal bias panel has gone after many witnesses. They have not gone after appraisers. Jonathon Miller was prime example. They were nicer to him than any witness before the appraisal bias panel. AMCs are done soon.
That is just a round table discussion that Johnathon Miller sat on. It is not a legislative committee and does not pass guidelines. It was done for the Public. HUD and Marcia Fudge is the lead and those meetings are not public. Nobody is going after appraisers that is not the task forces
14 Federal Agencies Job.

Their job is to over haul the system dealing with racial biases. None of those 14 Federal Agencies are involved right now in fee splits or separation of fees. That was all settled in Dodd Frank- FTC Lawsuit and other guidelines that were passed.

Glenn, Federal lending regulators are the most powerful lending regulators alive. Their central intelligence is alive. They can feed all that data into artificial intelligence and let it run.

AMCs are done soon. Don't sweat it Glenn.

There is no federal guideline on fee disclosure, state regulations vary widely in intent and complexity. For instance, some states merely prevent AMCs from prohibiting appraisers from disclosing their fee, while other States require full disclosure of the fee split between the appraiser and the AMC. Note : ( Zoe's State already does it )

Zoe -Tennessee: AMCs must separately state to clients the fees paid to an appraiser for appraisal services and the fees charged by the appraisal management company for services associated with the management of the appraisal process, including procurement of the appraiser’s services.

Zoe is battling something that already is State law in Tennessee. LMAO )

A number of states have enacted legislation regarding specific fee disclosure requirements

Glenn, that is not disclosing on the HUD -1 Truth in lending disclosures to the borrower. And it is not disclosing it to the appraiser.

Come work for me. I'll let you know what your fee will be after you complete your work. I may not pay you at all.
