Its getting very intersting out there :)

How about eApeIT firing me for giving you $100?

Or the WaMu guy in Ukiah telling me he has the borrower call him with the name of the appraiser before accepting the appointment?

Actually, I'm not sure if I got fired by eApeIT for donating to your cause or for coming in lower than the WaMu guy told me he had to have.

It just takes too long for a civil suit to be heard and ruled upon. And then it can be appealed afterward. It is sad and a shame that good people have to suffer at the hands of unscrupulous people and unscrupulous companies.

Retain Denny Crane, he wraps up cases fast cause he
has Mad Cow disease.

Is this the gal that came on here asking for similar instances from appraisers?

I remember a lot of people on this forum dealt very harshly and incredulously with her.

Anybody want to doubt her sincerity now?

I'm hoping the OREA in California reads this forum, I think this has been an issue with the AMC's for a long time. Not just another frivolous lawsuit here, this is one to watch.
