The prior threads about eAppraiseIT were removed by Wayne because they threatened him. They also threatened my webhosting company who told them to go away.

I love the your tag line, wish I thought of it first.

Thanks, Greg- (I don't know how I missed that!).

BTW, I have a confession to make to everyone: I know Jeniffer Wertz and yes, she is a friend of mine.
She started her appraisal career with me as a trainee and I was her mentor/supervisor (seems like yesterday but it was a number of years ago)- and continues to work for our firm. She is a very conscientious and diligent appraiser who does not take short-cuts and wants to produce credible and reliable results.
The lawsuit filing (which Pam has offered to make available to anyone who is interested) speaks for itself as to the specifics involved in this case. These are significant and credible charges against the named parties.

I deeply respect Jenn for making what is a very difficult but ultimately correct decision in pursuing her action... and its successful resolution will benefit all appraisers.

I'm also happy to provide this statement of public support for her- it can be a lonely and scary place where she is right now (as Pam can attest to!).
Determining what is the right thing to do is usually not that difficult. Actually doing the right thing, however, when the personal consequences can be significantly negative is never easy- but is always right!

Jenn made the right decision for the right reasons and I look forward to seeing her get justice.

Denis -- You were fortunate to have her as a trainee. She has my admiration and respect for doing, not just talking about what should be done. I wish her well.

How many of you other appraisers have a similar situation to Jennifer in terms of threats to discontinue work by these AMC's, Lenders, and others? I believe Jennifer has a great case that could be turned into one massive class action suit.

Get rid of the yellow, stiffen your backs, take a stand

Very true- and that good fortune continues with her working for our firm! :new_smile-l:
