Woohoo!!!!!
:new_smilie_colors1::new_smilie_colors1:

You rock, Jennifer!

Thanks, Smokey, but I think the credit is owed to the attorneys and the judge on this one. I wasn't even required to go to the hearing.

Somebody has to teach me to do all of those graphics and icons someday.

That is good news...Too bad its not in the South,,

Juries here just LOVE to give big money verdicts..They Love IT....

Good luck...

In case there is someone who is not aware, Sacramento, Ca. currently has one of the highest foreclosure rates in the county, and we are perceived as having liberal judges and jurors.
I think many are aware, and either if they are to the left or right, I believe it will be based on the merits of the case and the truth to what these highly unregulated corporations have done to the American Economy. Yes, many thanks to your attorney, judge and you. Cheers!

HOPEFULLY THE FIRST OF MANY WOOHOO'S IN THIS CASE !

Why doesn't somebody sue all the lenders with "Approved Appraiser Lists?" I thought each state was sanctioned to license appraisers. Who gave WaMu of BoA control of this? When was Wells Fargo admitted to the Union as the 51st state? I think if the government backs these institutions the government should have final say about who is "approved."

Watch them pull the "HomeLand Security Card". :Eyecrazy::laugh:

That's the stupidest thing I've read in quite some time. The states merely identify who is eligible to be considered to be on a lender's approved list. Having a license doesn't mean anyone is required to consider using your services.

As soon as I saw that comment I knew it was from someone in CA. Only there do they consider it a right to get business from a company and consider it an infraction for private businesses to deal with who they want. Jeesh.

This was taken from an Associated Press article today-

..."
Meanwhile, the market drew no comfort from news out of the ailing financial sector. Wachovia Corp. chief executive Ken Thompson has been forced out, Washington Mutual Inc. said it is replacing chief executive Kerry Killinger as chairman and British lender Bradford & Bingley issued a poor financial outlook and said it is selling a 23 percent stake to a private equity firm."... (my bold added).

Wonder if Mr. Killinger now sees how it feels to be out of a job?
