Security people will tell you to plant thorny bushes below each window. And The only one that was "easy" to measure recently was a bare bones double wide. The assessor said it was 52' x 28' and the title said it was 52' x 26' wide...and it measured a mite less than 52' and nearer 26.5' than either 26 or 28. Does it matter? Of course not.
