He’s waiving appraisal. It’s a 7 day a week job.
you know he ain't measuring to the inch...just telling the sheep how to do it so the data is more consistent

At least Danny has the balls to use his real name and not hide behind a Robt Dude and fake name and that takes a lot as him and others take all your personal attacks and insults. But he they cant even defend themselfs, because they would lose their jobs if they told you to just go F-Off. You are truley a coward and a punk.
In order to divide you first have to have some Unity. The appraisers have never had any unity and most ( LPAs) have always acted as Lone Wolfs and Cow Boys. They would not join appraisal organizations because most are cheap and want someone else to do their bidding for them.dividers like to divide...same story a different day![]()
Hell yeah everyone is happy with a waiver. In this industry, who wouldn’t be happy when the only unbiased impartial professional involved in the transaction is removed? Makes it much easier.
Why didn’t anyone think of this before?
you could refrain from quoting me...since i am a coward and a punk
how about

Just relax after 10-15 years of banging your head on the concrete nobody takes you serious anyway. Your battle ended about the same time Pammy and the other warriors retired or died.whatever pleases you, highness...![]()

The Pitched ceiling less than five feet in stair case is fairly rare. If your over 6' My staircase you have to duck just a little bit on the 2nd tread. woop dee doo. Other than that no issues.what if the stairway has a pitched ceiling and some is less the 5 ft . what a joke![]()
