Waivers are machine computer generated" and like winning the lotto, and nobody ever knows when they will be granted one. When a UW got one She gave the heads up and all high fived each other because all involved are happy.

At least Danny has the balls to use his real name and not hide behind a Robt Dude and fake name and that takes a lot as him and others take all your personal attacks and insults. But he they cant even defend themselfs, because they would lose their jobs if they told you to just go F-Off. You are truley a coward and a punk.

dividers like to divide...same story a different day

Hell yeah everyone is happy with a waiver. In this industry, who wouldn’t be happy when the only unbiased impartial professional involved in the transaction is removed? Makes it much easier.

Why didn’t anyone think of this before?

In order to divide you first have to have some Unity. The appraisers have never had any unity and most ( LPAs) have always acted as Lone Wolfs and Cow Boys. They would not join appraisal organizations because most are cheap and want someone else to do their bidding for them.

When 30 years ago I suggested they re-join forces with NAR who had $$ millions to donate to Politicians , they turned on me like rabid dogs, and said I should go back to my dog house and lay in bed with my dog and his flees. Now the little broke bitches are whimpering and whining about how they are victims.

They acted like a protected class but most never contributed anything to the profession.
They were too paronoide to employ people and their standard line was if I train someone, they will leave me and take my clients. Their only interest has always been only their self interest. This is why PAREA and the PAVE Federal task Force is now going into play and why the Lenders will be using more and more waivers and limited valuation tools to replace
us. in almost 40 years we simply had nobody to unify appraisers and its too late.

you could refrain from quoting me...since i am a coward and a punk :ROFLMAO:

Just relax after 10-15 years of banging your head on the concrete nobody takes you serious anyway. Your battle ended about the same time Pammy and the other warriors retired or died.

what if the stairway has a pitched ceiling and some is less the 5 ft . what a joke:rof: :rof: :rof:
The Pitched ceiling less than five feet in stair case is fairly rare. If your over 6' My staircase you have to duck just a little bit on the 2nd tread. woop dee doo. Other than that no issues.

So ANSI is not a Joke. It's a Standard where sometimes you can't physically measure the entire 1st & 2nd floor to that level of precision.
