Anyone getting side jobs?

I went back to being a Chippendales dancer two weekends a month and do private dances for bachelorette parties occasionally through the week. It's grueling work and I hate the women pawing at me, but I can make more jack in one night doing that than I can in one month of doing comp checks.

I actualy did that in the 80's when I was in college and it is not easy. I did have some fun being the only straight guy in the group.

Here is a song about it my friend Paul Zone from The Fast wrote about the job. Enjoy

After going thru the appropriate stages of grief – tho PO’d seems to linger, I am going for my #2 choice of 10 years ago when I left paralegal for appraisal. That is an Insurance Claims Adjuster. I am set to take my test on Sat. So far it looks a bit easier than the General Exam, and hope I’m not underestimating it. Can anyone relate the two, or have this duel licensing in Fla.?
Joining the roofers and surfers here in hoping for a few small ‘canes.
Also surviving on a few large bones thrown from my MAI mentor – who basically shoved me out for his Skippy brother-in-law the unemployed golf pro last year. The banks are now asking for liquidation values and these large Comm F/C’s will likely require court testimony. No room for Skippy there.

In regards to the classic car appraisal world I have a Masters Degree from George Washington University in DC in personal property appraisal. This was a great program sponsored by the ASA. The program is now available at the Rhode Island School of Design. The appraisals are narrative appraisals much like commercial work. USPAP and all that good stuff.

I took the insurance adjuster license in NC a few years ago. It's much easier than the CR exam but it's still one of those exams with tricky questions. Good luck.
