Okay, I've sent this out to a couple people already and I'm awaiting feedback so I can identify/fix any errors. If some of you guys would participate in the debug I'd much appreciate it.

So far I've only played with it a little bit, and so far so good. Thank you very much Mr Hatch!!

This is what I came up with, take a look

I just caught on to this thread. I haven't had the time to look at everyone's forms, but this is what I came up with.

Excel

Does anyone know of a free download for a spreadsheet for comparables to make adjustments? I do all my matched paired comparable adjustments by hand. I need a better way to track and save my work. Any ideas are welcome! Thanks

I don't know about matched paired comparable adjustments (the calculation by which you determine the value/unit of the adjustment), but check out the .pdf in my reply just above yours, "Excel USPAP Example", for an adjustment calculator in Excel. The items in blue are input items (subject info, comp info, adustment value/unit) and the adjustments show up on the last page.

Bruintriton, your Excel program looks good, not what I was looking for but looks like you put alot of time and effort into it.
