My blood pressure goes up and down every time I check at night .
Two days ago it was 128/93 and yesterday 100/66. I don't understand the wide discrepancies.
My stress level does go up and down each day.
I did start taking this supplement SeroVital for past 10 days. Supposedly a youth serum.
Save your money Fern. Real hgh therapy is about $1,000 a month, Serovital raises your hgh like a walk around the block does. Start exercising, eat wild blueberries, get your T checked and stop eating the crap food from Costco.

That might explain my 105/65 last night @50bpm :giggle:

Isn't 50 bpm rather low?
Get off the weed.
My resting heartbeat rarely reaches 60 bpm. Usually in the mid 50s. Doctor has never voiced concerns. At 50 bpm my oxygen level is still 96%

Mine is usually 90 bpm. Should I be concern?

Anyone getting irregular heartbeat symbols during their readings....

I read Serovital helps lower my BP. I guess it can't hurt except from my butt to my leg has these occasional pain. I suspect I stupidly set highest weight on one gym equipment. Hope pain goes away soon.

Serovital doesn't do anything that I am aware of except empty your wallet. Take a good NMN supplement and starting eating a Mediterranean diet, exercise moderately (isometrics) and you will eventually lower your diastolic pressure.
