I had a professor tell me in college. The morals and ethics of top management filter through the organization regardless of size. Size is irrelative. It is morals and ethics of top management that counts.

Mission purpose of the organization. But morals and ethics of top management is still what counts. It filters through the whole organization regardless of size.

But you are correct, the structure of the AI gives the power to the board. Even if they fire Craig, what's next? For me it's time to move on, filling out applications now.
