Slapping her fat Azz is her story. Frankly I have my doubts but what kind of women would even want to be around these old fools. Their creepy ....lol

There just old guy's who never had a big vision and it became like a religious cult who believe they are superior beings. They never had a big vision and were a MAI club.

That's okay nobody was forced to join them and frankly they could close shop tomorrow and few would even know.

The AMCs took over residential appraisers and filled the vacuum the AI left open.

Then REEVA and others bridged the gap between AMC appraisers and lenders.

The Independent Fee appraiser model was broken and most wont survive long term and as they retire and die the new appraisers will operate differently.
 
There are good people in the AI and there are good AMCs. Like any organization you will find a few bad apples.
 
I recall taking an AI class and the instructor wasting an hour making excuses for AI leaving TAF, turned out he was the architect of that withdrawal.
