Hated Aivre, the AI is not reliable and a waste of time/money. Have not tried appraisal pilot, but so far have liked SFREP the most, based on it feeling like more of a traditional appraisal.

Tried ACI, very glitchy, and just got approved (still has glitches, I am an ACI customer, but am giving up on them), tried Total, also glitchy in my experience. I honestly feel like I'm on a hamster wheel going nowhere. Frustrating to say the least, but SFREP seems better than the rest. Still deciding on if I am going to do 3.6 reports

I'm trying AppraisalPilot, and it seems interesting if it integrates with Total. They have an hour workshop every Wednesday. It goes by quickly. Some of it is prerecorded. The 2 principles interacting seem rehearsed, so it feels weird and corny. What bothers me is there isn't a website really, it just takes you to the app to work on a report. So there is no Q&A or any way to get more information. They never answer emails. Because the webinar goes by so fast, there seem to be hundreds of questions that go unanswered. They walk through an inspection, but there isnt a mobile app on IOS anyway. You use your browser and sign in, which means entering all your login information manually. If you accidentally hit something wrong on your phone or tablet and get knocked off, you have to go to the site and log in again. There may be a way to have saved username/email/passwords. But I can't find one. I use Roboform and a password app on my phone. So far, I can't figure that out. Anyway, I would like to know more because it looks like a great tool

I had asked recently if anyone had information on AppraisalPilot because there wasn't much available. Since then, I reached out and spoke with one of the owners. They're just getting started, but their website is now up and running, and I have to say I was impressed.

The company was developed by J. Marshall Hunt and Josh Stark. They use AI to streamline the appraisal process by taking information out instead of requiring you to keep putting it in. You can drag in engagement/order documents, contracts, photos, and other supporting files, and the AI analyzes everything and generates report commentary that can automatically populate your appraisal report. Everything is editable, so you remain in control.

It will also analyze interior photos and suggest condition ratings, quality, materials, and other property characteristics to help speed up the reporting process.

It seems they're ahead of where many of the traditional appraisal software companies are today. Once the major platforms have the integrations in place, AppraisalPilot looks like it will be ready to hit the ground running. I think it's definitely worth keeping an eye on.

I read your post, and I looked up Appraisal Pilot online- yes, it is an AI companion and per their site works with any software.
