Appraiser says he used "Atmostpheric" Adjustments"

Pete appears to be a quarrelsome mood, I'm sure he'll feel better next week if the Steelers win their wild card game this weekend. :giggle:
Always quarrelsome with blatant ignorance.

Steelers had a remarkable season given the circumstances. We do have higher standards here--you should try that sometime! :rof:

Doing so will take your reports to the next level - something beyond "House is good view of cow":giggle:.

Estimated remaining physical and economic life=11 Years- This was based on atmostpheric adjustments and confirmed by data obtained from proponents of the new green deal. Actually not sure if the estimate is for the real properties life or the owners and occupants of the Subject property, We also included the Ariel Map in the addenda so the reader could see how climate change has effected the subjects market area :) LOL

I have awarded you the Best Response Five Star Post of the year 2019 :)

This is the Result of back when the TAF was jiggering Pre-Educational Qualifications for Licensing when they Included any BA degree! Some of them sneaked into the system before it was changed back.

Some folks apparently don't follow the first rule of writing--know your audience.

Any BA degree? English major here who can appraise circles around many here and produce a clear and thorough report.

Pete to revisit your post, words have meaning. I for one don't think you're always quarrelsome. As far as your blatant ignorance, you're getting an education here on a daily basis and I'm confident it can be overcome.

I'm very certain that the "education" (odd name for it) provided by some here can, and should, be overcome!

I love this post. Perfect way to ring out the year. I give the appraiser props for creativity and the OP props for not making a big deal of it. Why should he? He said the report was good. Sometimes we have to rely on our years of experience to know what matters and what doesn't. Happy New Year all. I really hope this is a better year.
