How does one challenge an AI course?

Pay the fee for the challenge, they will send the course material two weeks before your scheduled proctored exam. Study the course materails, pass the exam (same exam as in class) you have passed the course. Plus you keep the binder!

Do they have a testing procedure worked out, or do you still have to find your own proctor?

AI online courses

I took one of theirs on plan reading
I already knew how to read plans I just needed a couple of quick CE hours
My suggestion: If your looking for real education, not just book "learn'n" stay away from online courses
good luck,

As Mr. Kirksey said, pay the fee for the challenge. Now guess what? It seems like, the last time I checked the fee to challenge the exam was almost as expensive as the cost to take the class...and...isn't the exam included with the class fee?

I could be wrong. Perhaps things have changed.

Unfortunately, the answer to many questions that involve the AI is "pay the fee."

I just took my Florida 30 hours of CE from McKissock online and found their course materials to be extraordinary. I particularly liked the mortgage fraud and FHA sections. I found these courses to be as good as anything I've ever taken from the AI.

Good to hear it from a PRO, Thanks.

The books and exam fee are included with the class fee. They mail you the books and once you complete the class they send you an email with a confirmation number. You then set up your test date with a pearsonvue testing center.

I took the AI FHA class on line. It was great, learned a bunch and I could leave for a while and come back where I left off. It took about 4 hours total for 8 credits. Gotta love that.
