So they racked up tens of thousands , and now they do not want to pay. We call them stiffs in my world. That is not a currency problem, that is a system problem.

Hello Bernie. Free college for everyone.

But keep converting bitcoins into the closed minded federal reserve system, they love it.

They are stuck man. You remind of the "merchant of Venice". - our system wants its pound of flesh..... people are trapped.

Soon we will have all these young debt slaves inscripted into some kind of CIA death army OP beating down your door - and sending you off to an a "camp" for processing.

Who stuck them. Themselves? Are they so naive to run up debt like that. And now want to lead me into another naive idea. I say no thanks.

Poor leadership stuck them. Our system stuck them. Government schools stuck their minds into the sand. Its sad. An expanding/Keynesian money supply system bred too many humans - now the piper will be paid.

Well, let us know if you have any answers, other than crypto is bad and everything else is OK, all systems normal (cyclops). Slave masters are loving the current system. Maybe your a slave master - full of lots of criticism, but "crickets" as to a solution. "Steady as she goes".

Now why would they love it? Bitcoin is one giant middle finger to central bankers and the status quo.

They love because they are so smart and diabolical that they will hatch a plan to subdue the barbarian hoards even further?

And you like this plan? What is your plan? Please tell us.

Smart people who went to college and now up to their eyeballs in debt see the writing on the wall.
Maybe if the had majored in something useful and marketable like engineering instead of English literature or feminist theory, they wuld have good jobs and be able to pay their loans off.

The world has become a "casino gulag" .... people need a way out. Smart people who went to college and now up to their eyeballs in debt see the writing on the wall.

Casino psychology occurs throughout history. During periods of upheaval.

Naysayers think .... "just go into debt and be a slave to the fiat system" .... no thanks
Yep, if everyone would just buy Bitcoin, then poverty would disappear and everyone would be rich...creating wealth out of absolutely nothing....awesome! How could it ever do anything else except go up and up and up? lol

This reminds of the housing bubble thread, how long did that thread last? A loooong time, and I remember at least 3 dozen flips that I did from start of that thread until my last deal (a loser for 35K).

BTC isn't much different ( except for me not participating). Many people very vocal about the bubble, yet some (dare I say many) will be making life changing bank before BTC goes wherever it goes.

Like all investments/trades, only risk what you can afford to lose. If it goes well, lever up and play with house money. The RE bubble set me up financially while when it burst it led to the end of appraising for me when all the changes came into play.

You roll with it. Don't let people tell you what can't be done.

Good luck to all

My plan is created a digital currency, sell it to the public, and cash out huge. Sound familiar?

I notice there is never any talk about the constitution. Sad indeed.

How many bitcoins exist? 21 million?
