The following are some important details regarding the luncheon and presentation by Brian Weaver of the Appraisal Administration Div. of the IL Dept. of Financial & Professional Regulation:
WHEN: Thursday, Feb. 14th, 12 Noon (arrive by 11:30 am to facilitate registration & payment).
WHERE: Willowbrook Holiday Inn, located on Route 83 (in Willowbrook) between I-55 and 75th St.
TOPIC: Of significance, the presentation will include discussion of the current Experience Audit by the Appraisal Admin. Div. of all Illinois Certified (Residential & General) Appraisers who received their license between 1/1/2005 and 12/31/2007. Mr. Weaver will entertain questions on this and other issues of interest to Illinois licensees.
COST: Please NOTE that if you claim membership (and, discounted luncheon fee) in any of the professional associations provided below, you MUST present proof of membership at the time of payment...
#1: NAIFA member = $15.
#2: Member of ASA (American Society of Appraisers), AI (Appraisal Institute), NAMA (Nat'l. Assoc. of Master Appraisers), ASFMRA (American Society of Farm Mgrs. & Rural Appraisers), or ICAP (IL Coalition of Appraisal Professionals) = $20.
#3: All Others = $25.

Let me be the first to extend appreciation for the REALLY entertaining power-point presentation, Brian. You have some entertainer in you! And lunch was great, too. Breaded chicken with a cranberry sauce of some kind, baked red potatoes, vegetable medley, cherry pie. Great stuff! I've got to get to more of those NAIFA lunches!
I'll second that. Brian is definitely capable to turn a not-so-fascinating topic into something enjoyable.
As for the lunch, you obviously got yours from the good side of the kitchen!
