Call to action for NC Appraisers

He is from TAF, not Montana.
Well that explains it. I'll bet King Buntin is still pulling the levers.

Go to the Facebook forums. He posted there.

Who's funding these people to come nc to lobby?

Not saying any of these people are bad people, I just disagree with them....I do not think they know the consequences of waivers and hybrids.
They do know the consequences, it's why they are spending money and lobbying for them.

If you know don’t your enemy and don't know yourself, you will lose every battle. I have been pointing out the enemies on this forum for some time now, and few have listened.

I saw that snake oil pusher on Facebook talking about how good of a company RSDS is:rof: these people have sold their soul for a few bucks. Sellouts are another group I have nothing but contempt for.

If you guy's don't do hybrids what's the big deal you can't lose business you don't even do. Seems more emotionally based than something that's going to hurt your business.

They seem to be training and bringing in fresh blood which is a positive. They laid out a good portrait of who and what they are doing. Can't say anything negative about what their doing. The industry needs more visionary types to get new appraisers involved. Kudo's looks like a winner.

They should do it on their own dime, just like independent appraisers.

Somebody's got to pay otherwise nothing's going to ever change. It's obvious the system of mentoring and getting new appraisers into the business has failed biggley for over 35 years.

Each time I've heard him speak he has had exactly one priority - increasing diversity in the appraisal business.
