I was sent an order just yesterday from one of the large garbage AMC’s out there. Was thinking about doing it then I said I better check the fee. 250. I thought to myself, that seems very odd, maybe it’s a final or some other form. so I checked the details and it was for a hybrid. Obviously, I declined for multiple reasons.

I'm curious where you average $750 for hybrids from. If its complex why would they want someone with no experience doing the inspection?

Mine are $575 with 3 ARV comps, 3 AS IS and 2 ARV listings. The investors sending the pics send way too many it's not really a time saver in this scenario
